Our story

Three signs, one door

Look up at No. 79-B Rua Direita Carlos Eugénio and you'll see three signs: The Grape Wine Shop, Healthy Living and JCM Real Estate. They are three businesses — each with its own services, hours and team — working side by side under one roof.

This website brings them together, so that whether you've come for a bottle of port, a facial or an apartment, you can find the right door quickly.

The neighbourhood

Taipa Village

Taipa Village is the old heart of Taipa island: narrow lanes of bakeries and restaurants around Rua do Cunha, small Chinese temples, and the pastel Taipa Houses, now a museum, overlooking the wetland.

Our Lady of Carmel Church stands about 50 metres from our door, and the Carmo Fair square is just down the street.
